Welcome to the Twin Cities Area

The Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul are home to almost 4 million people. Covering over 11,000 square miles, it is the fourteenth largest population center in the US, but make no mistake however, these are two distinct cities, each with unique and individual charm.

The Minneapolis-St. Paul area as a whole is an excellent place to work. It offers career professionals a vibrant economy, a low unemployment rate, relatively high wages, and modest housing costs which makes it a wonderful metropolis. The Twin Cities is also home to seventeen Fortune 500 companies.

Both cites hold the number one and two spots in the park systems ranking within the United States. Although they often trade places for top honors, Minneapolis currently holds the top spot. Aside from the outstanding park systems, the Twin Cities is also one of the most active metropolitan areas in the country with miles of bike paths, more than 22 lakes, professional sports teams, as well as an excellent education system and a spirited and diverse food scene.

Known as “The City of Lakes and the “Mini Apple,” Minneapolis is a modern metropolis that is home to glowing skyscrapers, cultural landmarks, and all of the nightlife you expect from “big city” living. It is a place where critically acclaimed shows, restaurants, and museums collide with the natural beauty of lakes, trails and parks.
